What’s our goal?
Raise $5,200 by asking people to donate $52, representing all 52 girls in the program by 11:59 pm on Giving Tuesday, November 29, 2022! 

How can I help?
Share, share, share! Share our social media posts, email your network, or text your friends and family to ask them to join in. And go ahead and donate $52 (or whatever you can!) to help us reach this goal.

When do I post or ask?
Anytime between October 24 and November 29. We recommend posting/emailing/texting starting in October, then send out a few reminders, then do a big post the week leading up to Giving Tuesday. We’ll be making new graphics showing our progress toward the $5,200 goal along the way that you can also share or repost!

What if I want to do more?
Email Demetria Horton at demetria.horton@aumfoundationusa.org to sign up to be an Aum volunteer or to learn more about becoming a mentor for the 2023-2024 class. We’re always looking for volunteers for our programs and fundraisers like Bollywood Night and AumPalooza, sponsors and/or presenters for our 10 life skills classes, and corporate partners.

Note about Giving Tuesday:
Some generous people on social media will do Giving Tuesday challenges. They’ll post saying “I’ll donate $[x] to the first 5 charities people tag in my comments,” or something similar. Please tag Aum Foundation if you have any friends requesting new places to support!
